Kullanım Şartları
Bu metin, Ribony mobil uygulamasını (iOS ve Android) ve ribony.com sitesini kapsar. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap açarak veya hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmayın.

1. Hizmet nedir
Ribony; rastgele eşleşme (Shuffle), anonim veya açık kimlikli sohbet, metin, anlık fotoğraf, sesli mesaj, takip, engelleme ve bildirim gibi sosyal özellikler sunar. Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sağlanır. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihazda aynı çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
Ribony bir tanışma veya eşleşme vaadi değildir. Karşılaştığınız kişilerin kimliği, niyeti veya verdiği bilgiler bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.
2. Yaş sınırı
Hizmet yalnızca 18 yaşını doldurmuş kişilere açıktır. Kayıt olurken doğum tarihinizin doğru olduğunu beyan edersiniz. 18 yaşından küçüklerin hesap açması yasaktır. Yaşın yanlış beyan edilmesi hesabın kapatılması ve yasal mercilere bildirim sebebidir.
Reşit olmayan bir kullanıcı görürseniz uygulamadan şikayet edin veya [email protected] adresine yazın.
3. Hesap ve güvenlik
Kullanıcı adı, e-posta ve şifreniz size aittir. Hesabı başkasına devredemezsiniz. Şifrenizi gizli tutmak ve cihazınıza erişimi sınırlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesabınızda yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Yetkisiz giriş veya şüpheli kullanım fark ederseniz hemen bize bildirin. Uygunsuz kullanım, sahte bilgi veya güvenlik ihlali halinde hesabı askıya alabilir veya silebiliriz.
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden veya hesabı sil akışıyla kapatabilirsiniz.
4. Anonimlik
Anonim sohbette karşı taraf gerçek adınızı, fotoğrafınızı veya hesabınızı otomatik olarak görmez. Bu, mutlak gizlilik veya yetkililere karşı görünmezlik anlamına gelmez.
- Kimliğinizi siz paylaşırsanız veya anonimliği kapatırsanız karşı taraf sizi görebilir.
- Şikayet, yasal talep veya güvenlik incelemesi için mesaj, fotoğraf ve ses kayıtları incelenebilir.
- Anonim kimlik (anony- kodu) kalıcı bir hak değildir; ihlalde kaldırılabilir.
5. Topluluk kuralları
Ribony’de şu davranışlar yasaktır. İhlal, içeriğin silinmesi, geçici veya kalıcı ban ve gerektiğinde resmi mercilere bildirimle sonuçlanabilir.
Şiddet, tehdit ve taciz
- Tehdit, gözdağı, hedef gösterme, stalking.
- Hakaret, zorbalık, ısrarlı rahatsız etme, spam.
- Fiziksel zarar veya suç işlemeye teşvik.
Cinsel içerik ve reşit olmayanlar
- Reşit olmayanlara yönelik her türlü cinsel içerik, talep veya ima. Sıfır tolerans.
- Çıplaklık, pornografi, cinsel hizmet ilanı veya fuhuşa yönlendirme.
- İzinsiz mahrem fotoğraf veya ses paylaşımı; karşı taraftan çıplak içerik isteme.
Kimlik ve dürüstlük
- Başkasının fotoğrafını, adını veya hesabını izinsiz kullanmak.
- Sahte yaş, sahte profil veya başka birini taklit etmek.
- Karşı tarafın sosyal medya veya özel bilgilerini rızası olmadan yaymak.
Yasa dışı ve zararlı kullanım
- Uyuşturucu, silah, dolandırıcılık, kara para veya benzeri yasa dışı faaliyet.
- Nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık, terör veya organize suç propagandası.
- Aşırı şiddet, işkence veya kanlı görüntü paylaşımı.
- Otomatik hesap, bot, toplu mesaj, reklam ve sahte etkileşim.
- Uygulamayı kırmaya, başkasının hesabına girmeye veya sistem açıklarını kullanmaya çalışmak.
6. Mesaj, fotoğraf ve ses
Gönderdiğiniz her içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Anlık fotoğraf karşı taraf bir kez gördüğünde kapanacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır; bu, kopyanın hiçbir yerde kalmayacağını garanti etmez. Ekran görüntüsü veya kayıt sizin kontrolünüz dışındadır.
Hizmeti sunmak, güvenliği sağlamak, şikayetleri incelemek ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için içeriklerinizi işleyebilir, iletebilir ve gerektiğinde saklayabiliriz. Uygunsuz içeriği kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Konuşmayı sildiğinizde sohbet sizin listenizden ve sizin geçmişinizden kalkar. Karşı tarafın cihazındaki veya yasal saklama yükümlülüğümüz kapsamındaki kayıtlar bundan etkilenmeyebilir.
7. Şikayet, engelleme ve inceleme
Kullanıcıları engelleyebilir, konuşmayı silebilir ve şikayet edebilirsiniz. En az bir taraf şikayet ettiğinde ilgili mesaj, fotoğraf ve ses kayıtları moderasyon tarafından incelenebilir.
Şikayet kötüye kullanılırsa (asılsız toplu ihbar) hesabınız kısıtlanabilir. Kararlarımız nihai işletme takdirine bağlıdır; her itirazı yanıtlamak zorunda değiliz.
8. Ücretli özellikler
Premium, boost ve benzeri paketler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden alınır. Kart bilgisi Ribony sunucularında tutulmaz. İade, iptal ve fatura ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
Satın alınan haklar hesaba bağlıdır. Hesap silinirse kullanılmamış bakiye veya süre iade edilmeyebilir; mağaza politikası aksini zorunlu kılmadıkça.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
Ribony adı, logo, arayüz, kod ve marka unsurları bize veya lisans verenlere aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz, satılamaz veya başka bir üründe kullanılamaz.
Siz, kendi ürettiğiniz içerik üzerindeki haklarınızı elinizde tutarsınız. Hizmeti sunmamız için gerekli, dünya çapında, telifsiz, devredilebilir bir kullanım izni verirsiniz. Bu izin, hesabınız silindikten sonra yasal saklama ve güvenlik amaçlarıyla sınırlı kalabilir.
10. Üçüncü taraf bağlantılar
Uygulama veya sitede başka sitelere, mağazalara veya hizmetlere bağlantı olabilir. Bunların içeriği, gizliliği veya işlemi bize ait değildir. Tıklamadan önce o sitenin şartlarını okuyun.
11. Sorumluluk reddi
Hizmeti kullanmak kendi riskinizdir. Diğer kullanıcıların sözleri, fotoğrafları veya davranışlarından Ribony sorumlu tutulamaz. Eşleşme, yanıt veya belirli bir kişinin çevrimiçi olacağı garanti edilmez.
Hizmetin her an açık, güvenli veya kesintisiz olacağını; hataların her zaman düzeltileceğini; virüs veya zararlı yazılım bulunmayacağını taahhüt etmeyiz.
12. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Ribony, işletmecisi, çalışanları ve iş ortakları; kâr kaybı, veri kaybı, itibar kaybı veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Bu, hizmete erişememeniz, başka bir kullanıcının içeriği veya yetkisiz erişim durumlarını da kapsar.
Bazı ülkelerde bu sınırlamalar uygulanamaz. O halde yasanın zorunlu kıldığı koruma geçerlidir.
13. Tazmin
Bu şartları ihlal etmenizden, hesabınızın kötüye kullanılmasından veya gönderdiğiniz içerikten doğan talep, zarar ve masraflara karşı Ribony’yi ve ilgililerini korumayı kabul edersiniz.
14. Askıya alma ve sona erme
Şart ihlali, yasal zorunluluk veya hizmetin sona ermesi halinde hesabınızı önceden haber vermeden durdurabiliriz. Siz de uygulamayı bırakarak veya hesabı silerek kullanımı bitirebilirsiniz.
Fikri mülkiyet, sorumluluk sınırı, tazmin ve uygulanacak hukuka ilişkin maddeler sona ermeden sonra da geçerlidir.
15. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada veya sitede duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek yeni metni kabul etmek anlamına gelir. Kabul etmezseniz hesabı silip kullanmayı bırakın.
16. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir; tüketicinin kanunen yetkili mahkemesi saklıdır.
Bir madde geçersiz sayılırsa diğer maddeler yürürlükte kalır. Bir hakkı kullanmamamız, o haktan vazgeçtiğimiz anlamına gelmez.

This text covers the Ribony mobile app (iOS and Android) and the ribony.com site. By downloading the app, creating an account, or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What the service is
Ribony offers social features such as random matching (Shuffle), anonymous or identified chat, text, one-time photos, voice messages, following, blocking, and notifications. The service is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or identical on every device.
Ribony is not a promise of dating or matching. The identity, intent, or statements of the people you meet are not under our control.
2. Age limit
The service is open only to people who are 18 or older. When you register, you declare that your date of birth is accurate. Account creation by anyone under 18 is prohibited. Misstating your age is grounds for closing the account and reporting it to the authorities.
If you come across a user who is not of age, report them from the app or write to [email protected].
3. Account and security
Your username, email, and password belong to you. You may not transfer the account to anyone else. Keeping your password confidential and limiting access to your device are your responsibility. You are responsible for actions taken on your account.
Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized access or suspicious use. We may suspend or delete an account in case of improper use, false information, or a security breach.
You can close your account from inside the app or through the delete account flow.
4. Anonymity
In anonymous chat the other party does not automatically see your real name, photo, or account. This does not mean absolute secrecy or invisibility to the authorities.
- If you share your identity yourself or turn anonymity off, the other party can see you.
- Messages, photos, and voice recordings may be reviewed for reports, legal requests, or security investigations.
- An anonymous identity (the anony- code) is not a permanent right; it may be removed in case of a violation.
5. Community rules
The following behaviour is prohibited on Ribony. A violation may result in content removal, a temporary or permanent ban, and where necessary a report to the authorities.
Violence, threats, and harassment
- Threats, intimidation, targeting, stalking.
- Insults, bullying, persistent harassment, spam.
- Encouraging physical harm or criminal acts.
Sexual content and minors
- Any sexual content, request, or implication involving minors. Zero tolerance.
- Nudity, pornography, advertising sexual services, or directing people to prostitution.
- Sharing intimate photos or audio without consent; requesting nude content from the other party.
Identity and honesty
- Using someone else’s photo, name, or account without permission.
- Faking your age, creating a fake profile, or impersonating another person.
- Spreading the other party’s social media or private information without their consent.
Illegal and harmful use
- Drugs, weapons, fraud, money laundering, or similar illegal activity.
- Hate speech, discrimination, terrorism, or organised crime propaganda.
- Sharing extreme violence, torture, or graphic imagery.
- Automated accounts, bots, bulk messaging, advertising, and fake engagement.
- Attempting to crack the app, access someone else’s account, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
6. Messages, photos, and voice
You are responsible for everything you send. A one-time photo is designed to close once the other party has seen it; this does not guarantee that no copy remains anywhere. Screenshots or recordings are outside your control.
We may process, transmit, and where necessary store your content in order to provide the service, maintain security, review reports, and meet legal obligations. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
When you delete a conversation it is removed from your list and your history. Records on the other party’s device, or those covered by our legal retention duties, may not be affected.
7. Reports, blocking, and review
You can block users, delete a conversation, and submit reports. When at least one party files a report, the related messages, photos, and voice recordings may be reviewed by moderation.
If reporting is abused (baseless mass reports) your account may be restricted. Our decisions rest on final operational discretion; we are not obliged to answer every objection.
8. Paid features
Premium, boost, and similar packages are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Card details are not held on Ribony servers. Refunds, cancellations, and invoicing are subject to the rules of the relevant store.
Purchased rights are tied to the account. If the account is deleted, unused balance or time may not be refunded, unless store policy requires otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
The Ribony name, logo, interface, code, and brand elements belong to us or our licensors. They may not be copied, sold, or used in another product without permission.
You retain your rights over the content you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to the extent needed for us to provide the service. After your account is deleted, this licence may remain limited to legal retention and security purposes.
10. Third-party links
The app or site may contain links to other sites, stores, or services. Their content, privacy, and operation are not ours. Read that site’s terms before clicking.
11. Disclaimer
You use the service at your own risk. Ribony cannot be held responsible for the words, photos, or behaviour of other users. No match, reply, or particular person being online is guaranteed.
We do not undertake that the service will be available, secure, or uninterrupted at all times; that errors will always be fixed; or that it will be free of viruses or malware.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ribony, its operator, employees, and partners are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of reputation, or indirect damages. This also covers being unable to access the service, another user’s content, or unauthorized access.
In some countries these limitations do not apply. In that case the protection required by law prevails.
13. Indemnity
You agree to protect Ribony and the relevant parties against claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of your account, or the content you send.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend your account without prior notice in case of a breach of terms, a legal obligation, or the service ending. You may also end your use by abandoning the app or deleting your account.
The clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law remain valid after termination.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes in the app or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new text. If you do not accept it, delete your account and stop using the service.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes; the consumer’s legally competent court is reserved.
If one clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. Our not exercising a right does not mean we have waived it.
